Between March and June, we are holding a series of themed engagement workshops for staff, the Students’ Union and Governors to explore the key issues for the University Strategy 2024-30. 

This interactive workshop will focus on Education/Student Experience.  There will be a brief presentation from the Portfolio Lead(s) followed by opportunities for colleagues from across our communities to work together and share views on topics such as what our ambitions for 2024-2030 should be, how we might achieve these ambitions and how we continue to refine our distinctive position in higher education.

We’d like you to join us and be part of the big conversation, to hear your ideas and perspectives on what our ambitions should be, what the key challenges and opportunities are and how a university like Northumbria will need to respond and prioritise. 

Colleagues from across all of our campuses are welcome to attend any of the workshops.  Where Coach Lane staff wish to attend City Campus events and vice versa, the Stagecoach number 1 bus service is free of charge to Northumbria staff and students and further details can be found here.  If colleagues travelling between campuses for workshops need assistance, please note this on the booking form at the point of registration and we will be in touch to let you know about available travel options. For those travelling further afield, if your attendance at the workshops involve booking travel, please discuss this with your line manager before making any travel arrangements.
